Touch Screen Monitor

Bersian Technology also provide Point of sales solutions peripheral devices, including handheld PDA, touch screen monitor, touch screen terminal, receipt printer, order ticket printer, The capacitive and resistive touch sensitive screen is suitable for Point of sales and restaurant pos system applications. It become the control center of the POS system, allowing the user to enter and process transactions with the touch of a finger, rather than using a standard keyboard.

PDA Ordering System

Restaurants started to accept Bersian Technology PDA application to order food in a restaurant. The PDA will communicate with the back-end application to display availaible food in the restaurant and it will also submit orders to the restaurant. From the wireless PDA ordering system, the waiter can do the following tasks: 1. Open table number
2. Take order and send to kitchen immediately.
3. At anytime while the table is opened the waiter can edit , delete and add new items to that table.
3. Finalize the order by clicking 'send' button to send information to kitchen 4. Food items will be sent to the kitchen printer 5. Drink items will be sent to the bar printer 6. At the end of the transaction, the user will close the table and cash out. The restaurant system allows multiple transactions to occur at the same time and prevents any human errors which are quite normal especially in high season. You can have a waiter booking a table from the desktop PC and another one from the wireless PDA ordering system.
